NYX Cosmetics approached the team at the Duggal INNOLAB, intending to conceive and develop an interactive in-store experience for their brick-and-mortar locations. They wanted to create an extension of their current retail distribution that would be physically interactive and engaging for their media-savvy consumers. I worked closely with NYX to design and develop concepts that met their needs and exceeded their expectations.
I’ve designed and assembled a master interactive touch table experience with an alternative flow, featuring interactive tutorials, product guides, and discovery sections that provide users with fan reviews and feedback.
