The New York Times is a world-renowned news organization that has been chronicling events for over 170 years. The NYT is headquartered in New York City, and its reporters and editors are stationed around the globe, providing comprehensive coverage of stories as they unfold. In addition to its traditional print newspaper, The NYT also publishes a widely-read website and maintains a robust social media presence.

The Times Center is a state-of-the-art facility in midtown Manhattan that serves as a hub for all of The NYT’s public events. From panel discussions and interviews with top newsmakers to performances and screenings, The Times Center hosts various events that provide insights into the latest news and trends.

As part of the larger team at Duggal INNOLAB, I was tasked to envision and design The Times Center signage package for their COVID-19 response. The overall goal was to create a cohesive set to help people navigate the space during the pandemic that would also be easy to update as guidelines changed. I’m proud of our work and the difference it’s made for people visiting The Times Center. A selection of items I’ve worked on can be seen below.
